WebCE is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. You will start with comprehensive, in-person training at our Dallas office to set you up for success. Once you are confident and comfortable, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule. A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative at WebCE As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our products and services with confidence. You will answer inbound calls and assist with a variety of needs, including explaining course options, clarifying state-specific certification and continuing education requirements, providing pricing information, processing orders, and resolving billing questions. You will also help direct customers to the appropriate resources when needed. Throughout your day, you will use a variety of tools and systems to find accurate information and deliver it clearly and professionally. Most importantly, you will be part of a team that values collaboration, so you will always have support when you need it and opportunities to contribute to shared success. Training will take place in person Monday through Friday from either 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (schedule to be confirmed before the start date). Training is anticipated to last approximately three months. Exact duration may vary based on business needs and individual progress. Upon successful completion of training, employees will be assigned a regular work schedule. The department operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Work schedules will be determined based on business needs, with consideration given to employee preferences whenever possible.
