About The Position
We are pleased to share that we are hosting an Open Interview Day for our Call Center in Rensselaer! We are seeking professionals with strong clerical and interpersonal skills. The event will take place on Friday, June 19th, 2026, from 9:00am-4:00pm. We will be screening applicants and scheduling interviews to take place on 6/19. Opportunities include: Call Center Representative I, II, III. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a combination of patient services, medical reception, call/customer Call Center (medical environment) or other customer service environment.
