About The Position

We are excited to host a Call Center Interview Day for opportunities at our Rensselaer location. We are seeking candidates with strong clerical, customer service, and communication skills who are interested in supporting patient access services. This is a scheduled interview event, not a walk-in hiring event. Qualified applicants will be contacted directly and invited to attend an interview on June 19, 2026. As a Call Center Representative, you will support patients by scheduling appointments, handling registration, and coordinating follow-up care. This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. Training on internal computers systems will be provided.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in patient services, medical reception, call center, or customer service environment
