About The Position

Artis Energy Solutions is a full-service energy solutions provider headquartered in Middletown, Connecticut, working with commercial customers across New England to reduce their facilities’ energy use, improve efficiency, lower costs, and enhance comfort for staff and visitors. As a Call Center Representative, your primary role will be customer service and support for small commercial clients across our New England service area. You will serve as a helpful point of contact for customers, answer questions about our services and available energy programs, assist with scheduling free building assessments, and ensure each customer has a clear understanding of the process. You may also perform outbound calling and email outreach to prospective customers, with opportunities to earn bonuses based on results. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains professional in all interactions, and is comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email. This role requires patience, adaptability, and strong attention to detail, as every call, contact, and outcome must be accurately documented in Salesforce. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are also essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Strong phone skills
  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a mandatory background check
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to remain professional in all interactions
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
