This is a contract position for a Call Center Representative focused on handling inbound calls. The role involves managing a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with scheduling appointments for Airbag recalls, providing dealership information, and answering questions about recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes. The representative will capture customer concerns, document calls to create cases, provide accurate information, and close cases or dispatch to the appropriate department. Collaboration with the team for feedback and growth is encouraged. The role also involves handling high-volume inbound settlement calls, providing detailed claim information, and utilizing call center software and tools. Performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores, must be met or exceeded. The position requires the use of multiple screens, software, and processes. Availability is required Monday-Friday between 6 am and 5 pm due to various agent schedules.
