About The Position

Classic Aire Care has an immediate opening for a full-time Call Center Representative . Our call center is open from 7am - 7pm daily from Monday through Sunday. Classic Aire Care is an HVAC and plumbing service provider celebrating nearly 100 years of operation. Our business model from the beginning has been organic growth as well as growth through acquisition. We are proud to say that Classic Aire Care is the largest and most trusted replacement HVAC contractor in the St. Louis metro area. We specialize in maintaining, servicing, and installing complete comfort and plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties. We recognize that our customers have a choice when it comes to selecting their heating, cooling, plumbing and drain team and, we want to do everything possible to ensure that Classic Aire Care is St. Louis' preferred comfort and plumbing team by hiring top-notch talent in both the HVAC and plumbing industries. This position includes but is not limited to: answering incoming calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments for field service personnel and sales staff, make outbound marketing and scheduling calls, edit customer data base as necessary. You will be required to multi-task by navigating our software program while on the phone with customers and technicians. Hours to include evening and some weekend. Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus. Service Titan or other dispatching software knowledge is advantageous. Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service delivered in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Solid commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced situations
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Professional attitude
  • Positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • E-communications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus
  • Service Titan or other dispatching software knowledge is advantageous
  • HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge a PLUS
