This role involves contacting homeowners by phone to set up qualified appointments for free consultations, inputting lead information, updating reports, and handling inbound calls from advertisements. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems

Responsibilities
- Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
- Adjust messaging based on customer needs
- Handle questions and overcome objections
- Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone, etc.)
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Input and manage appointment details in the system
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads
- Coordinate appointments for sales representatives
- Conduct quality control calls
- Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns
- Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
- Update lead reports and tracking systems
