About The Position

Woody Folsom Automotive Inc is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Baxley, GA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience representing our brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Document call information and maintain customer records
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
