About The Position

Champion Window has an immediate opening for a Call Center Representative. This role is responsible for ensuring appointment correctness, monitoring call quality and data input, and piloting special programs. The position offers both first/mid shifts (9:00 am - 5:30 pm / 10:00 am - 6:30 pm) with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour, and second shift positions (12:30 pm - 9:00 pm) with a pay rate of $16.75 per hour.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a call center / customer care environment
  • Excellent customer service both written and verbal
  • Excellent typing and grammar skills
  • Process focused - structure and consistency is key
  • Great attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Ability to manage several different projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Call quality assurance: listening to recorded incoming calls to verify customer data against appointment data, correcting opportunities when available
  • Internal piloting of new programs before executed out to the external call center
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls: appointment setting, appointment verifications, and service requests
  • Reporting: prepare and publish reporting on weekly training opportunities and program accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned
