About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives to support a Fortune 100 financial institution. This hybrid contract-to-hire position is based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and candidates must live within 60 miles of Sandy Springs to be eligible. The role involves helping members with account questions and requests, resolving issues, and educating them about products and services while providing phone-based customer support. Paid training is provided. The start date is November 30th; no year is specified. Pay is $22 per hour. Candidates must be available for either a Monday–Saturday schedule with Sundays off or a Sunday–Friday schedule with Saturdays off. Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Customer service experience is required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.

Call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support experience is preferred.
