Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Professional and positive phone presence
• Desire to help others and provide excellent service

Nice To Haves

• Call center or financial institution experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by phone and email
• Assist members with account maintenance and transactions
• Answer questions about products and services
• Process consumer loan applications accurately and efficiently
• Resolve member concerns and strive for first-call resolution
• Build strong relationships through every interaction
