Requirements

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Accuracy with numbers, managing files and records.
Ability to operate general office equipment, such as computers, calculators, copiers, scanners.
Computer keyboarding skills.
General understanding of Credit Union operations.
Maintains confidentiality related to Credit Union operations and work-related information.
Good communication skills.
Sedentary work: must be able to sit for long periods of time in a day (up to 9 hours).
Possess hand, wrist, and finger dexterity to use keyboard, phone, and calculator in a repetitive manner throughout your scheduled time.
Ability to view a computer monitor throughout your scheduled time.
Must be available to work from 7:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
Must have a flexible schedule.
May be required to work at other branches and have the ability to travel to those branches.

Previous customer service or financial experience is a plus.

Assists members and potential members with their financial transactions, questions, concerns and requests in a prompt, courteous manner.
Demonstrates a good understanding of a wide variety of products and services.
Identifies opportunities to help members and prospective members succeed financially.
