About The Position

As a Call Center Representative, you will provide friendly and courteous support to our customers by answering account questions, resolving inquiries, and recommending solutions tailored to their financial needs via phone, email, and instant messaging.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ years of banking experience required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales or call center experience preferred
