We specialize in beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bathroom solutions that improve homeowners’ lives. Luxury Bath / Mobility Remodelers is hiring a high-energy Call Center Representative to join our Port Huron team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations. This is an on-site position (not remote).
Requirements
- Experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners to set appointments
- Deliver and adapt scripted sales pitches
- Handle objections and answer customer questions
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Enter lead and customer information into company systems
- Answer inbound calls from advertising campaigns
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports
- Support the sales team by scheduling qualified appointments
