Call Center Representative - Oral Surgery (Bilingual)
About The Position
At Community Dental Partners, we take pride in servicing our practices with communication support through phone calls to support our patients in creating a unique experience on the phone and in the practice. Our Call Center Specialists work on answering inbound calls and calling patients when we receive referrals from the practice. Our role in the Call Center is to take inbound calls for oral surgery and orthodontics patients to schedule an appointment based on their needs. Along with creating the appointment, we follow outlined processes to confirm appointments and assist patients with their needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency using the Google Suite of products
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems
- Excellent typing skills
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Dental experienced preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and calling patients when referrals are received from the practice.
- Taking inbound calls for oral surgery and orthodontics patients to schedule appointments.
