About The Position
Window Nation is hiring multiple full-time Call Center Representatives (Lead Generation) for their onsite team in Fulton, MD. This role involves connecting with homeowners interested in Window Nation products, identifying customer needs, and scheduling qualified homeowners for appointments with the sales team. The company is looking for candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, restaurants, inside sales, telemarketing, or other customer-facing roles. The position offers an opportunity to build communication and sales skills in a collaborative onsite environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Be able to work onsite in Fulton, MD
- Have reliable transportation
- Be available for the required training schedule (August 3-14, 2026)
- Be able to work an assigned weekday and weekend schedule
- Demonstrate dependable attendance
- Be comfortable making outbound phone calls
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers
- Be comfortable working toward performance goals
- Be able to use a computer while speaking with customers
Nice To Haves
- No previous lead generation experience is required. If you bring strong customer service skills, reliability, confidence on the phone, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and interest
- Schedule qualified homeowners for in-home appointments
- Follow established call guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation
- Accurately document customer information and appointment details
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development
