About The Position

As a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) at Gainwell, you will support Oklahoma's Medicaid program by helping customers with questions related to healthcare services and benefits. In this fully remote role, you will handle customer calls, research information, document interactions, and provide accurate and professional service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Requirements

At least one year of experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center environment.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to assist customers while navigating multiple computer systems, researching information, and accurately documenting interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment handling back-to-back customer calls.
Must meet remote-work technology requirements, including a wired Ethernet connection and minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps.
Candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the interview process.
Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation.

Healthcare, Medicaid, health insurance, or related experience is a plus but not required.
