Progress West Hospital is looking for someone with great customer service and call center experience! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional coverage of weekend shifts and holiday rotation may be required. The role is responsible for providing call center services by assisting internal and external callers in a professional and courteous manner.
