About The Position

You’ll start in a structured, fully on-site training and onboarding environment designed to set you up for success. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, meaning you’ll begin on contract for the first 4 months, and upon successful conversion to a full-time employee, you’ll become eligible to work remotely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Comfortable using Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and common streaming devices
  • Ability to work on-site in San Antonio during the contract period and live within 30 miles of the office

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through phone and chat
  • Assist with account management, billing questions, content inquiries, and basic site/app navigation
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to streaming services, devices, and network functionality
  • Recommend products and services during customer interactions
  • Deliver a professional, consistent experience across multiple systems and customer needs
  • Document customer issues clearly and accurately
