About The Position
Alert Alarm Hawaii is seeking a Call Center Operator to join their team. This role involves protecting homes, businesses, and communities by ensuring security systems function correctly and responding quickly to alerts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and security. This is a full-time, non-exempt position starting at $18/hour (DOE), with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities
- Notify customers of security alarms and system issues.
- Notify police, fire, or guard services when needed.
- Provide real-time security surveillance by monitoring video feeds.
- Support customers and employees with inquiries and troubleshooting via inbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records and explore solutions to resolve problems effectively.
