About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Program Services Coordinator to join our Group Travel Partners team who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities. If you're highly organized, love Excel, and take pride in getting the details right the first time, we'd love to meet you. This role will start out on site during training (approx. 4 weeks) and then will be evaluated for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/2 days on site at our Duluth, GA headquarters.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (accounting or financial support experience is a plus)
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, email, and business applications
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive in a busy environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level or higher)
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • Organized, dependable, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data accuracy
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and eager to improve processes
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work

Nice To Haves

  • Previous GDS or travel industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage program registration data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Generate reports for clients and internal teams using Excel and other business systems.
  • Support client onboarding by setting up new accounts and maintaining account information.
  • Respond professionally to client email and phone inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
  • Monitor client accounts and assist with invoicing, reconciliations, refunds, and account balances.
  • Partner with Program Managers and Accounting to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Track system issues through resolution and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, registration links, and program documentation.
  • Help maintain high service standards while supporting multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
