Requirements
- Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations.
- Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers.
- Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
- Enter and update customer information in our CRM.
- Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
