Customers Answer and respond to customer phone calls, email communications and field requests professionally and timely (both internal and external) Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes Process customer comments and feedback Agent is the voice for the customer and funnels feedback & concerns to the Customer Support Supervisor or Director Work week is primarily Monday-Friday but will include a weekend rotation We're really in the people business, we just happen to wash cars!
