Performs assigned tasks within established procedures in various phases of the Customer Service Operations. This role requires utilizing multi-screen monitors for daily processing of customer inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, and handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as other communication methods like company websites, chats, and email. The representative will prepare source documents, update systems to effect changes to customer accounts, amend or adjust consumption and revenue, and record/process meter readings supplied by customers. Maintaining professional interactions with internal and external customers and/or departments, operating company systems, devices, and software applications, and performing other similar or less skilled work as assigned are also key duties. Assisting employees of a higher classification may also be required.
