About The Position

Thebes USA, the U.S. division of Thebes Consult, an international advisory and consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Customer Service Representative. As a specialist in legal, regulatory, investment, and compliance advisory services, this role serves as the first point of contact for valued clients. This is a Full-Time position based in Texas City, Texas, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional client service and support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or call centre environment, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • An understanding of or interest in the legal, financial, or compliance sectors would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries received via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide clear information regarding the firm's specialised advisory services.
  • Address and resolve client issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or technical queries to the appropriate legal, regulatory, or investment consultants.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all client interactions within the company's CRM system.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and consultations between clients and our advisory team.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
