Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
About The Position
Logan Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team in Dayton, Ohio. As a CSR, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, scheduling HVAC and plumbing service appointments, answering questions, and assisting homeowners in obtaining the service they require. The role requires dependability, a positive attitude, organization, and a genuine enjoyment of helping people. Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful when handling challenging customer situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple calls and tasks throughout the day.
- Comfort navigating multiple computer programs while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Office or customer management software is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service and scheduling calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm residential HVAC and plumbing service appointments.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service on every call.
- Listen to customer concerns and help find solutions with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and service notes.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
- Work closely with dispatch, HVAC and plumbing technicians, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Manage multiple calls, conversations, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet individual and team goals related to scheduling, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude throughout every customer interaction.
