Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Medicaid or healthcare experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with questions related to services and transactions
  • Provide accurate information using scripts, tools, and established procedures
  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems
  • Determine when to resolve, transfer, or escalate calls
  • Deliver professional, timely, and accurate customer support
