About The Position

Customer service position answering inbound phone inquiries. Answers questions related to customer accounts and bank products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proven commitment to extraordinary customer service delivery.
  • Exceptional, professional phone skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Working knowledge of multi-line telephone system.

Nice To Haves

  • Cross-selling experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensures high quality, efficient customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to consumer and business accounts.
  • Directs calls to appropriate staff/departments.
  • Answers online banking messages in a timely manner.
  • Assists Payments Center with creation of instant issue debit cards.
  • Performs Cash Management wire transfer verification.
  • Monitors and reports any trends in repeated inquiries to supervisor.
  • Completes special projects as assigned by established deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
