You will also be responsible for coordinating customer communications, managing high call volumes, answering internet chats and emails all in a manner aligning with Our Values and Lexus’ highest standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, typing, and computer skills needed
  • Overall knowledge of automotive operations preferred
  • Customer service de-escalation skills and experience
  • Is legally able to work in the United States
  • Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability (exceptions available for non-driving positions)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously via phone, chat, email; listen to their maintenance needs and schedule service appointments
  • Ensure accuracy of customer vehicle issue and vehicle information in Data Management System (DMS)
  • Maintain a positive experience for our guests
  • Facilitate effective communication with service consultant and help ensure customer concerns are resolved
  • Contact customers to schedule appointments when special order parts have arrived and for appointment reminders and remind them of appointments scheduled
  • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
