About The Position
Amtex Insurance is seeking a bilingual Call Center Sales Agent to build effective relationships with clients and sell insurance policies that meet their needs. The agent will explain policy coverages and communicate consistently, accurately, and promptly with clients and sales representatives, in person and over the phone. Training is provided on the company’s mission, vision, and the employee’s role. Compensation is $13.00–$18.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
- Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with clients.
- Sell policies to meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
- Communicate effectively by phone with customers and sales representatives.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person and over the phone.
- Analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
