About The Position

Amtex Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to help deliver positive experiences for customers and employees. The company provides training on its mission, vision, and employees’ roles, and welcomes candidates with or without prior experience. The representative builds client relationships, sells insurance policies that meet clients’ needs, explains policy coverages, and communicates with customers and sales representatives. Amtex Insurance has provided auto, renters, commercial, and Mexico insurance across Texas for more than 25 years and operates more than 85 locations.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with clients.
• Sell policies that meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
• Communicate effectively by phone with customers and sales representatives.
• Provide clients with consistent, accurate, and timely communication in person and over the phone.
