About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable individual to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in a call center environment, conducting inbound and outbound medical surveys. Under the supervision of a team supervisor/lead, you will need to display a high energy level, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the program, while remaining neutral and unbiased during phone surveys. It is crucial to be meticulous, ensuring each survey is read verbatim and all information is recorded accurately. While some call center experience is preferred, the company is willing to provide training.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
  • Ability to be flexible in a work schedule
  • Ability to work limited overtime as necessary
  • Ability to read verbatim and pronounce medical terminology efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license
  • Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
  • Basic computer skills including keyboard skills and accurate data entry
  • Fluent in reading and writing in English
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to learn new software
