We are seeking a hard-working and reliable individual to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in a call center environment, conducting inbound and outbound medical surveys. Under the supervision of a team supervisor/lead, you will need to display a high energy level, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the program, while remaining neutral and unbiased during phone surveys. It is crucial to be meticulous, ensuring each survey is read verbatim and all information is recorded accurately. While some call center experience is preferred, the company is willing to provide training.
