Requirements
- Previous experience in client service, customer support, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with EMR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible availability (able to work within the hours of 7AM-8AM)
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure clients receive timely information and assistance.
- Document and track client interactions and issues, escalating complex concerns as needed.
- Assist in managing client feedback and resolving complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records in EMR and other systems.
- Support the implementation of client experience initiatives and improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on processes and service standards.
