Requirements

Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
Has one to three years customer service experience
Enjoys a fast-paced environment working with members
Has effective interpersonal and interdepartmental skills
Maintains composure under pressure
Minimum One to three years of similar or related experience.
High school education or GED.

Responsibilities

Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests
Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve
Educate members on our products and services and self-service options; Advise members on financial solutions
Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their manager, along with their recommendations.
Sends secure emails and electronic forms as requested.
Perform daily duties accurately while maintaining acceptable production levels and managing down time.
