Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team on a Full-Time basis. Based in United, Pennsylvania, USA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and professionalism. The offered salary is $14 - $22 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
A patient and empathetic attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Resolve client enquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
