We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Call Center Agent to join our in-house team! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month to keep things exciting.
