About The Position

We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Call Center Agent to join our in-house team! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Reliability and Punctuality - you show up ready to shine.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (phone, email, and chat).
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required - we’ll gladly teach you what you need to know!

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly voice customers love by responding to calls, emails, and chats quickly and professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
  • Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
  • Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate, helpful information.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals - and celebrate those wins!
