About The Position

The Reservations Sales & Marketing Agent responds to every guest inquiry professionally in a skilled, warm and engaging manner. This role involves answering and efficiently handling or directing incoming calls, maximizing opportunities to confirm room, dinner and show reservations sales, and inputting reservations into the appropriate computer systems. The agent will also provide callers with necessary confirmation, express the luxury standards associated with the Wynn/Encore brand, share information about the property and its amenities, and listen and document information accurately while on calls. Handling reservations for amenities such as golf, spa and salon, or nightlife at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore may also be required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Adherence to all standards, policies and procedures specified for Wynn Las Vegas and the department
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that varies according to business needs
• Reading and communicating (writing and speaking) fluently and professionally in English
• Minimum of one year work experience in a high-volume call center
• Proficient in MS Office & able to type at least 30 WPM
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of languages additional to English is preferred
