About The Position

Vertical Screen is a leading applicant screening firm that supports major companies in various sectors. They pride themselves on using smart technology for fast, accurate results and fostering a collaborative and caring work environment. This role is for an Occupational Health Services Researcher who will support clients' applicants by handling incoming calls related to drug screens and other health services. The position is full-time, in-office, located in Warminster, PA, with a specific shift from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $16.00/hr.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
• Evaluate documentation and information needed
• Processing and following up on invoices and faxes
• Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documents
• Maintain and document detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicants
