We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Agent to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.

• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
