About The Position
AECOM is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented California Environmental Quality Act PM in San Diego, CA with a minimum of 6 years of experience working with CEQA compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of school facility regulations and a demonstrated ability to manage complex documents, project compliance and guide agency coordination.
Requirements
- BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- 6 years of experience with California Environmental Quality Act.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Deep understanding of public-school facility program construction requirements.
- Experience working within educational market.
- DSA experience.
Responsibilities
- Write and oversee initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs) and EIRs
- Control project scope, schedules, and financial budgets
- Direct technical experts in fields like biology, noise, and air quality
