About The Position

Cook MyoSite is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with equipment to join their team as a Calibration Technician/Metrology Associate. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, whether their experience comes from trade school, technical programs, HVAC, electronics, manufacturing, laboratory work, military service, or another hands-on field. The company is focused on making regenerative medicine a part of everyday medicine and offers opportunities for growth and development in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with basic math and computer skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Can follow procedures and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently when needed
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role
• Must reside within 50 miles of Cook MyoSite Pittsburgh Location

Nice To Haves

• Technical school, trade school, military training, or associate degree
• Experience or training with equipment, tools, maintenance, electronics, HVAC, refrigeration, instrumentation, laboratory or related field
• Experience in a regulated industry or GMP environment

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and help keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Monitor facility systems and respond to alerts
• Keep equipment records organized and up to date
• Work closely with teammates and equipment vendors
• Support a clean, safe, and quality-focused work environment
• Learn new technical skills in a regulated manufacturing environment
