About The Position

The Calibration System Integration Engineer is responsible for leading the commissioning, integration and testing of calibration development resources. Including Virtual/hardware-in-loop test setups, Physical system dynamometer resources, and full vehicle. The scope of responsibility spans the commissioning and execution of new system-level propulsion test resources, and test/validation support for system-level propulsion strategy and execution. The Calibration System Integration Engineer will be the primary point of contact for system-level design validation and testing across these test resources. They will support HIL/Dyno/Vehicle commissioning and first-run activities. They will work closely with Powertrain controls team to ensure features are working sufficiently and efficiently. They will provide training to all new calibration engineers and/or anyone else needing training on the operation of propulsion vehicles and controls. They will support environmental test trips and report activities for Sr. Management. They will work with the CoE teams to ensure best practices are followed. They will be the lead contact point for system issues in their functional area. This individual will have also demonstrated the ability to work well with others. They must be a team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments versus personal achievement.
