About The Position

The calibration lab administrator works closely with engineering and operations to ensure all test equipment calibration is up to date and working properly. Coordinates calibration/repair activities that are critical to business objectives (quality, revenue) and maintaining regulatory compliance. Works closely with 3rd party providers to ensure equipment repair/maintenance is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • 2 years post-secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Receive/log/track Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) from Vendors
  • Generate PO’s and manage shipment to/from vendors
  • Communicate equipment repair status to the factory and engineering calibration monitors.
  • Coordinate Used battery disposal.
