Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and/or 2–5 years of maintenance and/or calibration experience in a medical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of calibration standards such as NIST and ISO 17025.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, maintain accurate documentation following GDP and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs., use ladder, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Follow safety practices including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Technical Writing: Creating, updating, and maintaining processes and procedures.
  • Previous experience in Validation: Supporting and executing IQ/OQ/PQ activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance, including part replacements and equipment setup, while maintaining accurate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and equipment history records.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement by identifying equipment issues and recommending solutions.
