Commerce Casino is the world’s largest card casino offering more than 200 tables. Established in 1983, the casino values its staff of over 2,500 employees and is proud to be known as “Where the World Comes to Play.” This role involves providing excellent guest service, assisting customers with requests, and dealing all games effectively and concisely according to departmental procedures. The position requires adherence to company policies, collection procedures, and reporting any suspicious activity or discrepancies. A key responsibility is the ability to hand shuffle and maintain the integrity of the games. The role also includes tasks such as greeting players, requesting player cards, updating Genesis systems, and complying with BSA/AML policies. Employees must be able to work full-time during tournament season and any required overtime.
