Cake Froster
About The Position
The Cake Froster makes cake frosting and frosts cakes according to established standards and time guidelines. This includes cakes for walk-in guests, pre-ordered cakes, and marketing samples. The role keeps the display case stocked, samples available, and additional cakes at appropriate par levels. Cake Frosters maintain a clean, sanitized, and efficient frosting station. No experience is necessary; training is provided. Compensation may vary based on experience, drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Performance bonuses and other perks may also be available. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Abide by all NbC policies and procedures.
- Uphold NbC's image and brand.
- Make frosting when the amount falls below par level.
- Frost cakes for same-day and next-day orders.
- Fold cake boxes.
- Keep the frosting area clean and sanitized, including tables, the microwave, and tool bins.
- Track inventory of frosting materials.
- Assist phone guests with incoming orders.
- Assist other departments as necessary.
