About The Position

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your bakery area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. You will be responsible for planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe instructions, and working with various decorating tools to create designs on bakery items. Adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management are crucial. You will also operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement is expected, including using hand-held technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality. You will drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events. Identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues are also key responsibilities. As a brand advocate, you will model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training, developing, influencing, and inspiring them. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources. Requirements

  • 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
