Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure products are decorated beautifully and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Decorate Bakery Items: Top, finish, and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
Enhance Visual Appeal: Boost sales by creating visually appealing and unique bakery items that exceed our guests' expectations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service by assisting guests with their bakery needs, taking special orders, and bringing their cake design visions to life.
Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh and appealing by rotating products and ensuring adequate stock levels.
Quality and Freshness: Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring products are fresh and removing any items that do not meet our standards.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Cake Decorator II and other bakery associates to achieve department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Food Safety: Keep food safety logs up to date and adhere to all food safety guidelines.
Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
Support the Team: Other duties as assigned

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
