About The Position

This position is for a Production Clerk working in the Department's Manufacturing Section, primarily responsible for performing skilled finishing work with cakes and specialty items. Key duties include following the production schedule, icing and decorating cakes and specialty items, creating artwork, packaging, and producing novelty items according to department guidelines. The role also involves working at the bakery sales counter occasionally or as needed.

Requirements

• Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs
• Ability to lift up to 50#
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80#
• Demonstrate productivity
• Possess organizational ability
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable and dependable

Nice To Haves

• Experience with bakery finishing and cake decoration preferred
