About The Position

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves planning bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, and working with various decorating tools to create designs on bakery items. You will also be responsible for adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Additionally, you will operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. You will also be responsible for identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues. The role also includes being a brand advocate, modeling high-quality service, and assisting in training and mentoring other associates. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. You will complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Requirements

  • 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if the position is received.
